Designed to eliminate lengthy gauge changeovers, the Fabriduct NEO redefines how coil lines handle multiple materials and gauges. With smart coil handling, the machine automatically decoils and recoils with precision control from the correct coil station as needed — from 16 to 26 gauge — in ONE MINUTE compared to the 10-15 minutes typical of other coil lines.

The Fabriduct NEO and the Iowa Precision ProFabriduct Full Coil Line are also the only HVAC coil lines in the industry with a true full-width “X” “Y” cutting bed In-Line Plasma Cutting System. The system includes the latest generation B&R Automation control system with modern remote diagnostics and control features including built-in download capabilities from most CAD/CAM systems and BIM modeling acceptance from Autodesk, Trimble, Practi Cam, Shop Data Systems, and others, enabling the cutting of access doors, taps, and more in round, square, and oval for duct prefabrication on the line.
