With its ability to download directly from the Stratus Workstation Application to the Spiral Tubeformer HMI, Spiral Stratus Technology empowers contractors to improve workflow efficiency in a variety of applications:

• Automatic part downloads enhance cutting and nesting applications by streamlining tasks and enable meticulous organizational control from BIM to reality workflows.
• The direct download to the Spiral Tubeformer HMI also facilitates a fully digitized, paperless packaging process by eliminating the administrative work of sorting, saving, and printing packages. With its ability to easily request work orders through the cloud, Spiral Status Technology also allows the operator to create fabrication packages outside of Revit and narrowing down their selection to project areas, specific systems, material types, and other criteria to further streamline the process. The operator can even automate the entire process by auto-packaging projects direct to the Lockformer Spiral Tubeformer HMI.
• With its robust publishing capabilities, Spiral Status Technology integrates effortlessly with industry-standard tools like CAMduct and Revit, ensuring a seamless transition from design to production. This integration enables the generation of files that feed directly to the Spiral Tubeformer HMI and streamlining fabrication by using Stratus’ manufacturing planning tools to group like-diameter spiral orders across multiple projects into unified cut lists, minimizing waste and reducing setup time.
• Lastly, Spiral Status Technology improves job status tracking. Labels can be printed for each part and can be sorted in a production manner that enables efficient part sorting and production planning. QR Codes help supervisors and operators not only track production but locate parts on the job site as either installed, inventoried, or in production.
