Vulcan Service Plan
- Phone support between 8:00 a.m. until noon & 1:00 p.m. until 4:45 p.m. (CST) for in depth support by a qualified Vulcan specialist.
- Discounted service visits to your facility at the cost of $800.00 per day for 8 hour work day plus travel expenses.
- Discounted software training visits to your facility at the cost of $800.00 per day for 8 hour work day plus travel expenses.
- Parts: 5% savings off list price. Some defective parts may be exchanged for up to 50% rebate depending on the nature of the repair.
- Software releases included during the duration of your service plan.
- Additional programs 5% savings off list price after initial machine sales
- Limited rental controller equipment is available.
