Our 800 Series Roll Formers and our Transverse Duct Flange (TDF) Roll Formers have always been engineered and manufactured with custom-designed software that masterfully forms the sheet metal profile perfectly. Each and every roll is hardened, ground and polished to exceed the roll forming industry standard. With Engel Roll Formers, you can easily replace worn roll form tooling, add new roll sets to an open (unused) auxiliary shafts, or even upgrade to a complete new HVAC forming shape. Engel has developed a number of standard roll sets for various profiles but we can also custom-build solutions to meet the exact specifications for your operation.
