Iowa Precision Automated Furnace Pipe Rolling System
The Iowa Precision Automated Furnace Pipe Rolling System was designed to give HVAC duct and fittings fabricators the ability to roll their own pipe — saving time and money. This advanced system produces oval or 3″ to 14″ diameter round pipe from 2″ to 10″ in length out of 24 to 30 gauge galvanized steel with the turn of a dial. The machine operator will feed material into the 9-station duplex roll forming machine where male and female configurations are formed. The blank is then delivered to a two-stage conveyor where it’s oriented and fed in a perfect 90-degree angle to the pipe-rolling machinery. With the pipe completely finished, it’s now ready for packing into shipping bundles.
