The Iowa Precision Cornermatic Plus Versa HVAC Ductwork Corner Inserter Machine is the most flexible unit of its kind for production available. While the Iowa Precision Cornermatic Plus HVAC Ductwork Corner Insertion Machine was specifically designed to handle any transverse duct connector (TDC) or transverse duct flange (TDF) fitting assembled on a bench and automatically and effortlessly insert and crimp Iowa Precision TDC and TDF Corners in seconds — allowing you to do a duct section — eight (8) corners — in about 20 seconds in any gauge (16 through 26), the Cornermatic Plus Versa adds the capability of sitting on your workshop floor or in-ground, allowing for greater flexibility during production. The heavy-duty hydraulic scissor lift raises and lowers the machine with a simple press of a button in less than 16 seconds. The in-ground feature is beneficial for projects involving large or straight duct and heavier gauge, larger fittings, while the above-ground position is ideal for fitting production.
