Lockformer Spiral Tubeformers

Lockformer Spiral Tubeformers are revolutionary automatic spiral tube formers that combine the most advanced technology with one of the smallest footprints in the industry. Unlike other compact models, Lockformer Spiral Tubeformers will not sacrifice speed, power, or technology.

There are two (2) models of Lockformer Tubeformers available:

Model 1.2: up to 18 gauge (1.25 mm) thickness with a maximum speed of 235 ft/min (71 m/min)
Model 2.0: from 28-14 gauge (0.50-2.0 mm) thickness with maximum speeds of 287-344 ft/min (84-104 m/min)

Model 2.0: Our workhorse model offers both high speed and heavy gauge capacities producing spiral pipe from 28-14 gauge (0.50-2.0 mm) thickness with maximum speeds of 287-344 ft/min (84-104 m/min) depending on gauge.

Automatic download of parts from the Stratus Workstation Application Platform to the Lockformer Spiral Tubeformer controls.
Streamlines tasks and enabling meticulous organizational control from BIM to reality workflows — the Lockformer Spiral Tubeformer HMI.

Packaging

Enables operator to easily request work orders through the cloud, allowing you to create fabrication packages outside of Revit.

Status Tracking

Label printing via the Stratus Workstation Application Platform in conjunction with the Lockformer Spiral Tubeformer HMI.
Via label production per part with QR Code the Supervisor/ Operator can not only track production but locate parts on the job site as either installed, inventoried, or in production.
Labels are printed per part. Can be sorted in a production manner.
