The Lockformer Fiber Laser Elite Cutting System is the next evolution in speed, precision, and shop safety. Engineered specifically for the unique demands of sheet metal fabricators, the Fiber Laser Elite is the optimal system for producing HVAC duct fittings.

The Lockformer Fiber Laser Elite features an exclusive patented open architecture design. With no enclosure, operators can access cut parts directly from the table, streamlining the production process and entirely eliminating the need for pallet shuttle system. The innovative design also fosters interoperability with other machinery and equipment including the use of coil feed machines eliminating the need to load material by hand.

The open architecture system features a patented shroud design which ensures maximum safety for operators and surrounding personnel by eliminating any hazards within a controlled environment. The innovative design also elevates cutting precision and simplifies maintenance procedures.

The system operates completely on compressed air with a five zoned exhaust design which produces minimal exhaust. With this meticulous attention to operational safety, the Lockformer Fiber Laser Elite has set the industry standard for safety, earning a coveted Class 1 safety rating and accession number from the Food and Drug Administration.
