The Iowa Precision Fabriduct Infinity Coil line allows automated production of rectangular straight ducts either to coil width/standard duct length or to any duct length from 32″ up to 118″. This new configuration allows HVAC duct fabricators to optimize the production of special length straight ducts and greatly reduces labor costs and production lead times.

This system allows for the automated production of rectangular straight ducts at standard lengths or custom lengths ranging from 32” to 118”, drastically reducing labor costs and shortening production lead times.
Custom Length Optimization: Unlike standard lines, the Infinity configuration is capable of producing any duct length between 32″ and 118″, allowing you to optimize material usage for specialized projects.
Multi-Duct Capability: Effortlessly produce “L,” “U,” and full-wrap duct types with high-speed performance reaching up to 75 FPM.
Broad Material Range: Designed for heavy-duty industrial use, handling gauges from 25 to 16 gauge with a minimum duct size of 8″ x 10″.
High-Capacity Stations: Manage up to 12 coil stations with 12,000 lb. capacity each (20,000 lb. options available), featuring underfed multi-grid hydraulic driven uncoilers.
EZ-Load System: Our proprietary EZ-Load coil spools enable safe, one-person loading, while heavy-duty hydraulic hold-down rolls prevent the “clock spring” effect for hands-off handling.
